Idukki Dam is an Arch dam constructed across periyar river, between kuruvan and kurathi hills. This dam along with Cheruthoni and Kulamavu dams created a reservoir from which water is used to create electricity at Moolamattom. The beauty of Idukki makes this view the most memorable one.
