Meghalaya is one of the heaviest rainfall areas in the world and Wei Sawdong is one of the best waterfalls in North East India. It gets its name because it looks like a pool- 'Wei' and 'Sawdong' mean square shape. The green color with clear sparkling water makes this waterfall unique. The three-tier waterfall is best accessible in winters as the place is very slippery in the monsoon. This is one of the most beautiful things I have ever experienced from nature.
