The Lighthouse beach near Kovalam in Thiruvananthapuram district is one of the prime tourist attractions in the State. At the beach, you can climb to the top of the lighthouse through a spiral staircase until you reach the very summit. It is among the best vantage points to view the coastline in southern Kerala.
