A view of rising sun from Churdhar peak in the Sirmaur region of Himachal Pradesh. Recently I went on a Churdhar trek, 9th time in all. For the first time it was under heavy snow. The temperature was below 0°c and it required a lot of courage to move out of the 15 blankets,which I used to cover myself for the night before.
